Check out the latest recipe from husband and wife cooking team Phil and Stephanie Wellings! Stephanie has shared her breakfast egg cup recipe so you can start your day on a healthy yet delicious note.
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 of a red pepper
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- Dash of salt and pepper
- Couple splashes of Frank’s Red Hot
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
- Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
You can also sub different veggies (spinach, broccoli, tomatoes etc.) or add meat (bacon, ham etc.)
- Spray your muffin tins, or if you have silicon muffin liners use those!
- Mix all ingredients together and bake at 400° Farenheit for 15 minutes.
