Office Operations

Cayuga Mutual’s business hours remain Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, however, the OFFICE IS CLOSED TO ALL VISITORS. Our staff and agents are working remotely to provide service as usual.

To report a claim between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm please call 905-975-0578.
For emergency claims outside of these hours please press 1 or contact our toll-free number at 1-866-410-1226.

Non-Urgent Loss Prevention Inspections

Effective immediately and until further notice, all non-urgent loss prevention inspections will be postponed or amended to exterior inspections only. Please contact the office or the loss prevention office directly to arrange for submitting your own photos to us directly.

Community Room

As of March 25, all current bookings of our community room are cancelled. We will not be taking any new bookings for our community room until further notice.
