Steve grew up in the Toronto area before attending university in Waterloo. He graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with both an B.A.(Honours) and a Diploma in Busniess Adminstration and began his insurance career in 1983. Steve received his CIP designation in 1990 and joined the "Mutual Way" in 2002. While an avid runner, he also enjoys cycling, swimming and golf.
Steve and his wife Susan have four boys and live in the town of Caledonia.
